Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at CustomerService@MackandGriff.com with your order number, and we will provide shipping instructions. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns.
